We were welcomed with a room upgrade, and excellent service from the minute we arrived. Shortly after arrival and getting settled in our room, the front desk staff member who checked us in even brought the bowl of soup I ordered directly to our room, despite our knowledge that room service was not available. The location of the hotel was perfect - not right downtown Reykjavik so it was in a quiet area, yet in comfortable walking distance to the main downtown area. The breakfast buffet was great value, with many options. We would stay here again on a future trip to Reykjavik area.

It was a beautiful small single floor set of suits on top of an office building. The view was spectacular. The staff were attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

Each morning, I enjoyed a consistently delightful breakfast that provided an excellent start to my day. The proximity to the city center was incredibly convenient, allowing me to reach various destinations with just a few steps. The room exuded a charming traditional charm, with its captivating colors and design that I found highly appealing. The staff exhibited remarkable politeness, were exceptionally helpful, and extended warm hospitality throughout my stay. I plan to revisit them during my trip next year!

Property is a fantastic looking comfortable place especially for someone like me who was solo travelling. A great location with a lovely little pizza place (amongst other shops) not too far away including a 24hr supermarket a 15 min walk away. You are pretty much a straight 20 min walk away from the ‘centre’. The facilities provided were exceptional as well, it’s the perfect little base of operations for eating in and saving a bit of money whilst planning my day/night. Excursion groups can pick you up from this hotel as well with no problems.

Located only 350 metres from restaurant and shopping along Laugavegur shopping street, this offers stylish rooms in central Reykjavik. Breakfast was extraordinary. Fresh vegetables, fruits and bakeries each morning. Not any plate were empty, they were quickly refilled. The staff were always kind and helpful. The location couldn't be better, there was the bus stop #12 right in front of the hotel which is a common pick-up place for various tours. We pretty much loved the scent of the shower gel/shampoo.
