This is a first class hotel, located in a nice area. We had a Junior Suite which was spacious and comfortable. However, the best thing about the hotel is the staff who were exceptional - particularly Daniele at main reception who went out of his way to help us. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Checked in to the most beautiful little hotel (Casa G. Firenze), where every little detail was just wonderful. The hotel is niched into art and architecture and every item is carefully chosen to create a harmonically atmosphere. There are tv-s in the rooms but the screens are covered with specially sewn covers and the remote controls are placed in wooden boxes. Everywhere, books on art, photography and architecture can be found. Soft music streamed. Peaceful and quiet though in the middle of Florence. If you ever go to Florence, this hotel is a haven after busy days in the city.

Renovated in 2024, Room Mate Collection Isabella, Florence is an elegant 19th-century building on Florence's designer shopping street, 5 minutes' walk from the Uffizi Gallery and the Cathedral.
