From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff was amazing and the service also. They gave us a free bottle of prosecco for our honeymoon. The room was very clean and the entire hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. The staff helped us with great restaurant and tour reccomendations. They were available day and night at every second. The water was complimentary in your room everyday and my favourite part was the goodnight cantucci and lubally for every guest in their room. So sweet. The most amazing part has been the breakfast. Camille especially was so attentive to every one of our needs and made us coffee especially how we wanted it. I can’t wait to visit Florence again and stay here.

Fantastic location and such a kind staff, they helped me found a dry cleaner and a hairdresser as i was prepping for a friend’s wedding and in general were really warm and welcoming. Would come back again!

The best hotel we stayed at in Italy! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We got lost on the way to the hotel, and the man at the reception was incredibly kind—he even came outside to look for us. That level of hospitality really touched us. When we reached our room, we were amazed. It was beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you could need. There was even a Dyson hairdryer and, to our surprise, a very good steamer—something we hadn’t found in any other hotel in Italy during our trip. The bathroom was gorgeous, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt thoughtful and cozy. At checkout, we were greeted by a lovely woman who surprised us by translating speaker in our language—most likely noticing our nationality from our passports. It was such a sweet and personal touch, and we really appreciated it. Honestly, this was the best hotel experience we had in Italy. Highly recommended!

Great location. The apartment it's close to the train station but also close to the city center. Great communication with the host. Easy self check-in and checkout, we had clear instructions. The apartment it's clean and spacious. Nice terrace. I read some reviews about the heating, but we didn't have a problem with the heating system. It was pretty warm and the system worked well. (we visited this place in December).
