This has been the best experience we have had at a hotel in our life! The attention was personalized. We were greeted by Mr. Daniel who sat with us and explained everything about the hotel, and the surrounding restaurants and attractions. We felt welcomed! The hotel is a beautiful building, in the best location, super clean, and with a great smell all around. We had our room taken care of every morning and afternoon and the staff called us every night to check if we needed something else. The breakfast was generous and with variability for all tastes, and of course great attention by the staff. We went to the restaurants suggested by Mr. Daniel and they were all excellent choices. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay at Golden Tower Hotel and Spa in Firenze. The most elegant and pleasant stay!

The best hotel we stayed at in Italy!
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We got lost on the way to the hotel, and the man at the reception was incredibly kind—he even came outside to look for us. That level of hospitality really touched us.
When we reached our room, we were amazed. It was beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you could need. There was even a Dyson hairdryer and, to our surprise, a very good steamer—something we hadn’t found in any other hotel in Italy during our trip. The bathroom was gorgeous, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt thoughtful and cozy.
At checkout, we were greeted by a lovely woman who surprised us by translating speaker in our language—most likely noticing our nationality from our passports. It was such a sweet and personal touch, and we really appreciated it.
Honestly, this was the best hotel experience we had in Italy. Highly recommended!
