I loved the hotel and the room. It was tidy, clean and amazing. The staff is really helpful and provide you with anything you need. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner and a lovely view from the butterfly terrace!

Location was excellent - Right on the Arno. Breakfast was typical. The most important facet of the hotel - the incredible staff - always there with a smile and always ready to make a recommentation.

Everything. Location was great, in the city center. Cleanliness was on point. The facilities were moreover wonderful, there was a smart tv so we could watch a movie in bed after a long day and a washing machine so we could wash our clothes and even iron them.
