It was nicer than I expected with going by the photos.
It was very clean and comfortable.
Everything one might expect from B&B accommodation was available.
The breakfast was excellent. Beautifully presented, accompanied by a selection of fresh fruit.
Communication was good in anticipation of our arrival.
Charlotte welcomed us and was very helpful throughout our stay.
The location is ideally central for rail travel and the main attractions.

The best hotel we stayed at in Italy!
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We got lost on the way to the hotel, and the man at the reception was incredibly kind—he even came outside to look for us. That level of hospitality really touched us.
When we reached our room, we were amazed. It was beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you could need. There was even a Dyson hairdryer and, to our surprise, a very good steamer—something we hadn’t found in any other hotel in Italy during our trip. The bathroom was gorgeous, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt thoughtful and cozy.
At checkout, we were greeted by a lovely woman who surprised us by translating speaker in our language—most likely noticing our nationality from our passports. It was such a sweet and personal touch, and we really appreciated it.
Honestly, this was the best hotel experience we had in Italy. Highly recommended!
