This is fabulous place, with a superb management, able to control many important details. It has the charm of a 19th century palace and it is modernised in a discreet, clever way. The sockets that keep being powered when you remove the room key are marked in colour and everything explained. The windows are old but the frame and glass so that they keep the noise out. Our room was really spacious with old furniture and a very comfortable and large brass bed. The ceiling was painted with 19th century pompeian drawings. The view on Piazza della Repubblica was great. The Christmas decorations were discreet but effective. The personnlel was professional and polite and dressed in nice uniforms. We felt welcome and taken care of. We will certainly go back.

Perfect stay experience. Great view with perfect location. Easy to go every spot of Florence and could have a rest after wandering the city. Also they have free water, coffee and yogurt all day and that helps a lot! Nice service also! Would recommend to my friends for sure!
