Hotels near Florence Baptistry, Florence

Excellent facilities and staff👍

Literally 20 steps from the duomo, a perfectly renovated palazzo. This place oozes charm and history with its every corner. The staff is amazing, kind and welcoming. The breakfast, absolutely divine and plentiful, the staff there too amazing. We have visited Firenze numerous times and now that I’ve found this place we’re never going to stay anywhere else then palazzo Niccolini, when in our favourite city.

Fantastic - everything. We will be back

Luxury, warmth, and feeling at home in Florence

Loved the style of the property inside and everywhere was very clean and highly maintained Comfortable bed and very stylish had everything we needed Maybe just 1 feedback would have liked a coffee tea machine in the room Always feel that’s a plus Otherwise would definitely be back standard as high as Rocco Forte and the breakfast was superb .. Lovely staff too very polite but friendly

Perfect location. The staff were very helpful and informative. The room was very clean.

Location, design, comfort, hospitality, rooftop bar.

The roof top restaurant, the back to the stars dinner- outstanding 👏 The upgrade and the room , not what I expected and very pleasantly surprised

Very kind staff, gorgeous room and facilities, amazing location with a beautiful view of the canal, and a high powered air conditioning unit! Nothing to complain about. Will stay here on our next trip to Venice!

Great location (right next to the Duomo), big rooms, good breakfast (sweet and salty). Very friendly staff ;) Grazie mille!

Breakfast was good and hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and location was unbelieveably great

location is good，bed is perfect

Great hotel, excellent location, pretty clean, ok breakfast but not wow, welcoming staff. Overall great stay, would stay there again and will if I come to Firenze again. Amazing view of the dome during breakfast or nightcap, worth every penny.

The location was excellent. The Duomo Square is right opposite the hotel. The rooms were very very clean, just the right size, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was fresh.

Exceptional location, right in the center of Florence, in the immediate vicinity of the Duomo. All major sights are within walking distance in just a few minutes. The hotel rooms are renovated and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They provided us with all the necessary. The hotel does not offer breakfast options, but this does not diminish the overall excellent impression. I definitely highly recommend it.

Great location and friendly stuff. Very clean and calm.

So many things: - The location could not have been any more perfect: the Duomo was literally 200m door to door from the hotel. - The lady at the front desk, Alexandra, was so incredibly helpful and sweet at all times that she should get a 12/10 all on her own. - The Medium room where I stayed was big, bright when the curtains and shutters were open, and very clean. - Since the room was ready early, I was able to check-in 2.5 hours early, which was hugely helpful. - The coffee machine with a “help yourself” cupboard of coffee, milk and sugar refills were great, because I’m a zombie before my morning coffee.

Location and staff very friendly

Everything was great ! The hotel! The rooms the location ! I will return for sure !

Perfect location, beautiful room, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff...

First of all, all personnel's attitudes were perfect. they are very kindly and friendly. If you would like to keep your luggage, they have very kind hospitality, even also at the end of your booking. Housekeeping quality very good. on the other hand, the location best thing related with this hotel.

The place is great! The staff was amazing and always helpful, specially the team in the front door that were very nice, friendly and helpful. Irene’s restaurant food was also very good!

Amazing location, sumptuous rooms and very helpful staff with lots of great local recommendations

Located in a great area, the hotel impressed us with its beautiful bed linen, thoughtful afternoon water and chocolate delivery, elegant breakfast service with refined crockery, and the consistently professional staff. We very much look forward to returning in the future. .
