My experience was excellent in this hotel. The staff was great especially Muneer in the reception. I got upgraded in the room with an additional free breakfast. Rami the restaurant manager was attentive and professional as well as his staff. Each and every staff made sure to greet all guest with a smile and show them a personalized good experience. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The in room dining was excellent as well. the whole atmosphere was welcoming and luxurious and I am definitely coming back.

The hotel is beautiful with very clean rooms that have new furnishings. The bathroom has enough space to make it comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff is kind, welcoming and willing to help. Muhammad in particular made our stay so much better!
