The staff at the front counter were very kind and polite. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed and more. We were very impressed with the hot spring and were lucky that we were the only ones using it that evening. The location is good if you are arriving by train to Omiya. Built in the convention complex Omiya Sonic City, Palace Hotel Omiya offers restaurants and cafes in the city famous for railways and bonsai culture. Top quality all round. Great sized room, exceptionally clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. Location is great. Five minutes from Omiya station.
