From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything well taken care of. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Hamra, with cafes, shops, and restaurants just steps away, yet the hotel itself feels quiet and relaxing. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Beirut. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a prime location!

Gems Hotel offers modern accommodation in the heart of Beirut. Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the property. There is also an site restaurant. This hotel is a credit to the wonderful staff that manage it. They look after all their clients’ needs really efficiently. The rooms are immaculate, well furnished and spacious. The J Hotel & Spa is located in Beirut, 6 meters from the famed Hamra Street, the center of Beirut’s culture, shopping and nightlife. The hotel offers free WiFi and an extensive spa. Everything is perfect. From the location, staff, room, and breakfast. The breakfast was really good! The staff is nice and we were able to park in front of the hotel, which is a big plus.
