I can absolutely recommend the hotel, I felt very comfortable there. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Nice gym. All the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. After a day of sightseeing, the rooftop pool is a wonderful place to relax and the food in the restaurant tastes fantastic. So glad I chose Hamra Urban Gardens. Can't wait to go back there!!

Our room was very modern, comfortable, clean and very spacious. We even got a Free upgrade from a standard double room to a suite. The staff was very nice, welcoming and always happy to help. WiFi is very fast. Hotel is very centrally located in the middle of Hamra. A hotel that felt like home!

Truly worth it just for the amazing view straight out of bed. Probably one of the best views in Beirut. The room was very clean and well equipped, staff professional and patient and I really liked the fact that you had access to a proper gym, not just a stuffy small room that you usually find in hotels.

The hotel had almost all the time electricity and water, even the state supplies just 2 hours per day. They had only short shortages. The location was very good for Hamra, however the street is full of Syrian beggars and they are harrasing and agressive. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, but quite serious.
