Everything was good and well prepared for us, staff was very friendly. The driver indicated by the hotel, Khaled, was the best driver we had, showing us the country and the city. I highly recommend it. As a Brazilian, I felt at home.

From start to finish, the hotel was organised, responsive and made 4 girls travelling alone in Beirut very comfortable. All information provided was accurate. The staff were all very helpful and no request was too much for them. The location was perfect for our needs as we had everything on our doorstep. So glad we booked Hotel Cavalier. I'm booking this hotel everytime I visit.
I ended up leaving my phone, wallet and watch in the safe and received a call from the hotel the next day to arrange collection.

Location was excellent.
Staff were very friendly and helpful - especially Mr. Mohammed at the front desk and the Chef. He prepared a special dinner for us.
We were well guided regarding the locality.
Breakfast was reasonably good.

Super comfortable and clean. Amazing staff. Nice bar right there, but not too much noise. 2 steps from Hamra, without the noise and the traffic. Decent wi-fi.

An excellent stay from the moment of my smooth and welcoming check-in with Mr. Paul at the front desk. All other hotel staff (managers included) combine professionalism with courtesy and eagerness to ensure that guest expectations are met and surpassed. Rooms are clean, quiet, and modern, with high-quality bedding. The rooftop pool offers a broad view of the city and sea. The gym is up-to-date and equipped with machines, mats, free weights (including a rack), and plenty of towels. Water, electrical power, and Internet all reliable. The breakfast buffet offers an ample international selection that includes fresh fruit and omelets made to order. For walks in the fresh air, the seafront promenade is reachable in under 10 minutes. Overall, the Gefinor Rotana is a home away from home. Highly recommended.
