The staff is friendly ,serve you with a smile and efficient . The hotel is very clean . Its a good location so its easy to move around. One of the gentleman from the hotel gave excellent service.... Out of his good will he always asked the uber driver if he understood where we want to go or if he had any questions for us to break the communication barrier. What an extraordinary time we spent there! The staff were friendly from the first minute. We felt welcomed there. The hotel is situated at the heart of Al-Hamra near many cafés. The restaurant on the first floor is great with delicious food (expensive but everything is fresh).
