We had the pleasure of staying at El Sheikh Suites Hotel for 12 nights, which gave us enough time to truly see how this hotel operates on a daily basis. In my opinion, this is the best non-chain hotel I have ever stayed in. We were upgraded to a very spacious suite on the 10th floor. The thermal comfort in the room was excellent, with separate living room and bedroom areas, and the entire hotel always had a pleasant fragrance. After just three days, we already knew most of the staff — from the parking attendants and concierge to the front desk and housekeeping. Everyone was genuinely kind, not in a “hotel-standard” way, but in a very sincere and human way. We felt at home every time we returned. Free valet parking in an underground garage was extremely convenient, especially in such a busy neighborhood. The location is excellent — close to Spinneys supermarket and many great, affordable food places.

Its soooo Homey. I am in love with the smell of the hotel and the smell of the sheets and towels soo clean. Staff are super friendly and nice and manages your needs smoothly and with a smile always. Location is strategic. Although in the middle of busy streets but the windows are sound proof. And for sheesha lovers, you can take the smoking room and you can have sheesha delivered to your room!!loved that. Initially I booked for 6 nights and then extended for the whole vacation.

An excellent stay from the moment of my smooth and welcoming check-in with Mr. Paul at the front desk. All other hotel staff (managers included) combine professionalism with courtesy and eagerness to ensure that guest expectations are met and surpassed. Rooms are clean, quiet, and modern, with high-quality bedding. The rooftop pool offers a broad view of the city and sea. The gym is up-to-date and equipped with machines, mats, free weights (including a rack), and plenty of towels. Water, electrical power, and Internet all reliable. The breakfast buffet offers an ample international selection that includes fresh fruit and omelets made to order. For walks in the fresh air, the seafront promenade is reachable in under 10 minutes. Overall, the Gefinor Rotana is a home away from home. Highly recommended.
