The staff Lubna and Nader were extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. They upgraded our room and provided cake for our anniversary which was a beautiful gesture. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member I came into contact with during my stay made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. The building itself was stunning, and my room was elegant and very clean - also, the wifi connection was strong and stable. The rooftop bar was a really cool space, and the barman even introduced me to Lebanese blue wine, which was delicious. The property owner happened to be on-site during my stay and told me a bit about the hotel's social enterprise and ethos - this alone makes me want to stay here again. I only wish I had more space in my luggage to bring home some of the local products on sale in reception. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I look forward to next time!

The location was great, in the centre and close to everything (no more than 10 mins Uber ride to anything in the city). The room and hotel staff were awesome, the room was very clean and big, it was cleaned everyday and the hotel staff took care of every request we had. 10/10 would recommend.
