The smile of all employees was very important to me. Everyone did their best for our demands. I was very pleased with the service of the breakfast team and their manager and the taste of the food. The reception team and their manager were always well-groomed and smiling. Every morning they asked how everything was going the day before. The location of the hotel was close to nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The view from the room and the balcony was very nice. I will definitely stay in the same hotel on my next visit. Free entrance to Lancaster Eden Bay was also excellent. I would like to thank all the management and all the staff.
