It is a very nice little room, very clean and the host is very friendly and helpful. There is a coffee machine and a small fridge in the room as well. Good internet connection and a decent size TV.

I liked the size and the comfort of the apartment. Also nice views and natural light. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful in general. There are nice forest walking routes in the vicinity.

Standard good quality room compared to a 4star hotel. What I like the most is that it's a really easy check in procedure: send you code to the mailbox when you can get keys to the room. It was really handy bcs my bus was delayed almost 3h so you can retrieve keys even during the night time and don't be afraid that you will miss your reception open hours

Recently renovated so very tidy and clean. Compact apartment great for travel needs for a couple, and perhaps for kids on the sofa. Many Washing machines in bldg basement were handy to do multiple loads at once (bring your own detergent). Location was just an 8min walk from Train Stn using overhead walkway, quite safe an area to walk to apartment. Host/check-in video was essential to watch in order to access key box (on fence across the street) & bldg since address #15 does not exist. Arca property mgr was easy to reach & responsive using the Booking.com messaging system. I recommend to stay here without hesitation.
