I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.

Such a peaceful stay! The single room has a nice little desk in it by a window and a place to hang your clothes. They provided extra blankets for warmth which was appreciated. The neighbourhood is both peaceful and safe and well connected by transit. The owner very kindly loaned me a hair dryer even though it's not listed as an amenity. The room was cleaned almost every single day.

I arrived very late in the middle of the night but got all the info needed to get in, it was very smooth. The room was really comfortable and tidy, also well equipped with everything I needed (although that’s not much tbh). It looked like it was in a safe area, didn’t have any issue ever walking around.

Everything was really nice. The contact with the owner, the keys , the state of the apartment and cleanliness. The area is very nice, with some facilities and easy to go to historic center.
