Such a lovely and charming hotel in a quiet neighbourhood of CDMX. We stayed by the recommendation of a friend and we could not be happier with our choice! The host Elvia is so kind and helped to plan our days. The breakfast changes every day and it is absolutely delicious. The space is very beautifully decorated. We plan to go back to CDMX and stay in El Patio 77 :)

Excellent central location. Safe, easy to walk everywhere. Lots of food and beverages within minutes walking distance. Nearby to metro station and Revolution Plaza. Best bathroom fixtures I have seen in CDMX, even better than most hotels in Polanco. My new favorite place to stay. Best value and quality. Impeccable service from all the staff. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant. Nice mini balcony green space with lots of sunlight. Absolutely will be staying again in two weeks.

Staff was at all times friendly and helpful and most importantly honest.
At checkout I forgot my carry on luggage, not sure if in the lobby or in the restaurant. Hours later I realized I had forgotten my carry on. I called the reception to ask about it and there it was. I was so grateful for it.
