Very good hotel - they upgraded me to the newly renovated section of the hotel which was fantastic! I chartered a private drive to the Piedra Herrada butterfly sanctuary and Carlos at front desk did a good job in replying and organising with the hotel's travel agency. Location was fantastic right behind Metropolitan Cathedral - the hotel has a cafe/bar overlooking it. The nearest metro station was Zocalo which was conveniently located just a few minutes walk away, as was McDonald's and restaurants such as Cafe de Tacuba

If you've been to other InterContinental hotels you know the level of quality to expect, it is up to it's reputation - very accommodating personnel, clean and well organised room, and we particularly liked the mattresses. We had a room with a very lovely city view, especially of the sunrise!

Great size rooms, clean, pool, bath, comfortable beds, great vibes. The staff are amazing, I had a cake that needed to be kept cold and 1 staff member went above and beyond to make it happen! I appreciate that so much! I recommend this Hotel to everyone!
