Front desk very friendly, Ximena was helping us with the tour and assisting with the taxi that took us to the airport. She was very attentive and polite. Excellent customer service. Super clean, bed, pillows very comfortable. Nice shower. We felt very safe walking at night enjoying downtown life music, restaurants, etc. Everything was close to the hotel.

Good location, close to the beach and centro. Bathroom and room were clean and spacious. Common area had nice chairs to sit in and nice decor. Kitchen was small but functional. Staff were friendly and helpful.
