I'm glad I booked my stay with you as the place was more than what I expected. They had all the facilities that anyone was looking for at an affordable price. More than that what I mostly liked was the cleanliness of the environment and the security they provide for all there guests. Apartment is clean and spacious with all necessary utilities. WiFi signal was good all around apartment. I want to praise kindness and hospitality of my host who was very friendly and helpful. I traveled a lot but I never had such a kind, professional and helpful host so far - hospitality was top notch. Services were quick and timely. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathrooms are modern and practical. Air conditioners are present in all rooms (somewhere even two of them). There's smart TV with many streaming services available (yes, you need to login with your account). Pools and gym are fine ones with a nice view. I plan to travel to Kuala Lumpur again and thanks to such facilities I definitely plan to stay at Opus again.
