The whole facility - from the folks at reception, to security, to amenities (laundry!) to the rooms were exceptional. If anything was amiss, it was rectified immediately. Very good sized apartment and everything was in good working order in the apartment. Very well managed and very clean!

Self-check-in was straightforward, thanks to the video guide provided for accessing the mailbox. The unit itself was cozy and comfortable, making for a pleasant two-day stay. Arte offers plenty of places to explore, but unfortunately, my busy work schedule limited my ability to fully enjoy them. That said, the nighttime views were absolutely stunning and a highlight of my stay.

Nice location in mont kiara. Very central location if you are familiar the area. The mall was just next to it. Starbucks was downstairs. Easy for those who want to chill or work during the stay. Free access to swimming pool and gym. This is appreciated.
