It was located in a clean, nice environment with easy access to eateries, public transpo, supermarket, church etc. Right-sized pool, enough and spacious elevators, wonderful dining area and aesthetic reception area. The beach was a 10-minute walk away but they have a jeepney to shuttle guests to and from beach area. All staff showed courtesy and friendly demeanor especially the guards, pool lifeguard, and restaurant service staff.

I stayed for a week in this Mactan Newtown 8 apartment and it was clean, comfortable, and functional, and more spacious than I expected. I enjoyed the view, and the free water was a nice bonus. Check-in, check-out, and communication with the host was effortless. Pay attention to the directions because there are at least 2 lobbies for Mactan Newtown 8 and you want the far one.

Very attentive, caring host. We checked in twice: It was clean every time. It's a one bedroom condo with a well equipped kitchen, a living room with an eating table, 2 couches, salon table, TV, WIFI, separate bedroom, separate shower, separate restroom. Well working AC in the living room and the bedroom. A small balcony with a great view, a table, two chairs and the possibility to smoke (I'm a smoker) - an ashtray was already there, what I appreciated. To start your stay there was already some water in the fridge, coffee, sugar and creamer was prepared, sufficiant toilet paper excisting, etc. etc. These little details make you feel welcome and cozy right away.
