This is what a paradise holiday location feels like. Everything was beyond expectations, even offered a birthday cake - obviously detected on my onboarding process, kudos CRM & marketing staff - as a surprise. Staff is helpful, kind and competent. The property is beautiful, confortable. Kitchen is delicious. Everything works as expected. Couldn't be better.

The stuff was amazing, the hotel is very comfortable even when it's raining. Great variety and quality of food. We took the all inclusive package and it was amazing!
Gym was nice and we really like the yoga class!

From reception to room to rooftop pool…I absolutely love everything about this hotel. One afternoon I was trying to nap and even though the rooms are very soundproof I heard my neighbours through the joining room doors, I mentioned this to front desk and they immediately offered me another room that would be more quiet. Every little detail has been thought out at this hotel. I would have stayed my entire holidays here except I am not a fan of the party town of Patong.

Stunning hotel in Karon beach Phuket!!! The staff was amazing!!! They assisted us with every day trip we planned and booked!! The room was very spacious and clean! Very comfortable bed and hot shower! Jacuzzi and swimming pool facilities are amazing!! We had delicious cocktails at the jacuzzi! Best stay! Location a little far from the buzz of Karon and Kata, but then rather provides a lovely quiet holiday when you are at the hotel! Delicious large breakfast!! Highly recommended!!

The hospitality of the staff (Bonus, Harley, Franky, buggy drivers, concierge etc), the rooms with pool access, the food (at Pinto, 333 and Pine Beach Club), the spa, the facilities - all were superb 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻
After checking out, Franky was attentive and kind - he offered my family/ friends to wait at the air-conditioned Devas afternoon tea lounge area when he noticed some of them were seated at lobby area (for a while and sweating) whilst waiting for some of us.
