The Staff were INCREDIBLE! So sweet and so kind. They made sure we were taken care of and organized a wonderful and delicious early breakfast because we had to leave early and would miss breakfast. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the room was lovely and cool. Everything in the room was modern, very clean and made the stay a great one. They provided toiletries, and water, and if you are looking for a strong hairdryer to quickly dry your hair, then this is where you'll find one! They gave us a ride to the airport as well! Incredible service!!

Bangkok and particularly the areas closeby the airports are busy places. The moment you enter this little boutique hotel you feel like entering an oasis: you forget everything going on outside. The two ladies running the hotel are by far the best I've ever experienced in any hotel. They are very warm hearted, friendly and were trying to accommodate every need we had. My 5 yrs old daughter got very sick. The assistance and help we received exceeded by far everything I could ever have expected. Awesome with and without the assistance. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

This Radisson is great! The staff are absolutely the BEST in the hotel and the restaurant. My room was lovely and quiet, and everything is immaculate. There are lots of small local restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is good too, and made me a special vegetarian dish. At first, I was disappointed that the hotel wasn't adjacent to the airport but I ended up happy to be in a local residential area of the city. People were very friendly and it was nice to walk around on solid ground after a long plane ride.

Very nice, cool place, in terms of location close to the airport. You can hear the planes very well, but this even adds a twist, but those who are sensitive, it is better to take earplugs. Otherwise, this is some kind of fairy-tale house with its own atmosphere and charm. The room is clean, matches the photo, everything is new, well-kept. In general, for this money and taking into account the experience, it is simply amazing! Not all boutique hotels can be like this🥰
