Idyllic setting straddled between two picturesque bays, one that is rocky and great for snorkeling, and the other is sandy and great for swimming or sunbathing. The food at the restaurant was excellent with lots of variety and decently priced. About one mile walk to the pier at Bang Bao, or take a free bicycle for a quick trip.

it was pleasure to stay in Kumi place. about 1km from Bang Bao pier if you go from/to other islands. it was peaceful stay in nice garden and house. Kumi is a excellent chef, she offer breakfast and also lunch and dinner. our room was cosy and clean with enough space. highly recommended if you prefer calmness and warm hospitality then overcrowded resort.

We loved our stay. It's located in the south part of the island and it was perfect for us because we wanted to stay away from the busy area and relax. Where the hotel was located was very quiet. Came with a private beach and a private pool(almost). I recommend waking up early and seeing the sunrise there. I also loved that it had a kitchen and a laundry machine (detergent needed). There was a motorcycle rental place within about 15-20 mins by walk. Without the motorcycle it's hard to get around but still there were a few cafes and bars in walking distance too. The owner was very nice and helpful. If I ever come back I would love to stay there again.

Great area. Not too far to walk to the pier. 15 minutes walk to go to nice bars (indie beach, Rasta View, ...). Area is remote and quite. Good price. Love the Aircon.

There was cigarette smoke coming to my room #3 even though I was far from the smoking area, not sure what could cause it, other than that perfect spot for what I needed.
