big pool, quiet nice room and bed, super friendly, helpful staff, excellent western breakfast, great location. Despite other reviews, you can swim at high tide, but you don't come here for the beach. The grounds are beautifully maintained

Everything was excellent. Most of the staff speak very good English, very nice and helpful, take care of everything such as water in the pool or water for kayaking (the hotel has kayaks and bicycles). Excellent location next to a laundry and a very good restaurant. The hotel's restaurant is also excellent, and the breakfast is varied and fun. Very satisfied!

This resort is very tranquil, beautifully landscaped and made really great by the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness. I also have to mention their kitchen - every dish was delicious and authentic regardless of whether Thai or Western, so there was no need to go out searching for outside restaurants. Free use of kayaks and paddle boards a welcome bonus. The resort bungalows are very comfortable and well kitted out. The staff can arrange bike or car hire, boat trips, snorkelling trips etc. great base to explore the island.

Great location, near the pier ( free shuttle), and halfway between the 2 sides of the island. The garden was perfect, the pool clean and fresh, as advertised. Em from reception was very kind and comprehensive and always a pleasure to deal with. The bungalow was in fact a nice little cottage and was very private and comfortable. We ended extending for 10 days. I would return in a heartbeat !
