The location is the best, it locates in the heart of Ximending. Their staff is very helpful, you can order the pineapple pies or famous crackers from the reception. And staff helped us called the van transfer to the airport.

We were upgraded to a corner room with windows as there were works going on at the original location we booked. The room was very bright and spacious. The location was perfect for us and very close to the MRT station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Really love the details, great clean room. Toilet smelt a bit, but cant be helped in windowless room. Best thing was the staff though. very polite and helpful, even helping me with my laundry. highly recommended just because of wonderful staff (especially those on night shifts)
