Very warm and welcoming !! Staff was very friendly and helpful!! I have been to many Drury hotels and others as well and I was so impressed with this location. I would say they really went above and beyond however it felt like this is their normal way of doing things and that’s saying a lot. Compared to other hotels this one was top notch and for me to say that is saying a lot cause I never take the time to write about a hotel stay cause I’m never impressed and most times if Like my mom back in the day would say if ya don’t have nothing good to say don’t say nothing at all! With that being said awesome job to all of you!!!! This is why The Drury will always be my choice in hotels!!!

Beautiful, brand new, clean hotel within the Universal Resort – really can’t ask for more when visiting for the sole purpose of Universal. Loved the space theme and the grounds, especially the shuttle and pool areas. You can see Epic from the room, which makes it all the more exciting. No car rental needed due to the very convenient, very timely shuttle system to all parks / CityWalk. Shuttle times to Epic were a quick 4 mins; to CityWalk and legacy parks was about 10 mins. Loved this place and would stay again for sure; all the staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful.

Everything was super clean and new, kitchen had all necessary appliances and all new. Very close to all the parks (Disney and Universal). A lot of restaurants, grocery, gas stations and other places close by. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again for all my future Orlando trips.
