The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast and afternoon snacks were very good. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, very close to Universal and several fast food restaurants. The assistant manager (Philipp) was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything. Will definitely return on our next trip!

Beautiful, brand new, clean hotel within the Universal Resort – really can’t ask for more when visiting for the sole purpose of Universal. Loved the space theme and the grounds, especially the shuttle and pool areas. You can see Epic from the room, which makes it all the more exciting. No car rental needed due to the very convenient, very timely shuttle system to all parks / CityWalk. Shuttle times to Epic were a quick 4 mins; to CityWalk and legacy parks was about 10 mins. Loved this place and would stay again for sure; all the staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful.

The apartment was very spacious and impeccably clean. The location can't be beat. It was pretty much a straight shot to Universal Studios in about 10 minutes, no traffic whatsoever.

The location was perfect for all of the Orlando area theme parks. The condo was exactly what we needed for our family of 7. Check in was a breeze. The owners/property management was a delight to work with and very attentive.
