The staff in this hotel are fantastic. On the day of arrival, one member of staff went above and beyond to help me out and it is evident in this hotel that the needs of each guest are the main priority. There is a lovely walk beside the hotel around Lake Union which is particularly peaceful in the evening time. The hotel is very clean and each room is provided with Aveda products which is an added bonus.

We liked the localization which was near everything: Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Pop Museum and etc. The staff were very kind and the food was great. The comfort of the room was superb along with a nice bathroom. The mini shop at the entrance of the hotel was very handy in case you needed anything. The receptionists were also kind and the reception itself was comfortable because it had a nice living hall.
