Our initial check-in was a bit of a miss due to the team on duty at that time, but thankfully Chandra stepped in and completely turned things around. She resolved everything quickly and went out of her way to make our stay a little extra special. Jordan was also helpful along the way, but Chandra was truly the star of the experience. The hotel itself has a great little bar and the breakfast was fantastic — definitely worth it. The location is convenient and felt safe, though downtown does get a bit sketchy at night. Overall, thanks to Chandra’s attention and care, our stay ended up being wonderful, and we’d happily return.

The location was great, Pike place is within walking distance, Lola being on the ground floor connected to the hotel was awesome. The bed was comfortable, and a very warm design style with the couch and chairs for sitting rather than only having to sit on the bed. The Valet was very quick, everyone greeted you as you entered.

The hotel was so close to everything. The Market was steps away, close to the piers, the monorail, where I dropped off my rental car and the meeting place to pick up the sightseeing tours was close by.
