Booked at short notice, we found the property in excellent condition, tastefully decorated, and heated against the freezing weather before our arrival. The pre-arrival messaging was concise, and the staff on arrival in the pouring rain could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The property is spacious with two large double bedrooms en suite, an open plan lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The lounge opens out onto a large covered patio next to the pool area. Masses of cupboard space, this property is prepared for extended stays. The beds are so warm and comfortable we struggled to get up! Highly recommended!

Tastefully decorated rooms with comfortable pillows and bedding. Clean bathroom, nice shower products. Great location and accommodating overall. Also had an inverter for loadshedding.Did not get to spend enough time here. Next time I come I will take some of the complimentary sherry and brandy from the lobby bar.

From the moment we were greated by name by the security guard to the time we left, our stay at the Marine was excellent. The staff were very helpful and professional. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast.

The Vishuis is a fisherman's cottage, located in the center of Hermanus. This refurbished heritage building has a garden and splash pool.

I think it's the best place to stay in the whole Hermanus. The apartment is well-equipped and the views are amazing!

Very comfortable bed and furnishings, amazing views and an excellent location, particularly during whale watching season. We had probably one of the best terraces in Hermanus to see pods of whales playing. Fabulous.
