Troci hotel made our 1st visit to Tirana a wonderful one. From the hotel reservation which was seamless to free airport pickup (timely and diligent). The hotel rooms are big. Very comfortable and sparkling. The staff are on ground 247 to assist with enquiries. They also advised us on tourist actives and negotiated fair rates with the taxi. Eddy, the manager was very helpful and accommodating of our needs. The breakfast was really good and they made us feel at home. The hotel location is also central and close to supermarkets and restaurants where you can eat. As a group of female travellers, we felt very safe! I recommend this hotel and I will stay again if I visit Tirana another time.

New and modern facility. The beds and bathrooms are very comfortable; the family room is really spacious. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is buffet style - enough variety for kids and adults. The location is pretty close to the center, convenient to the airport but still away from the noise/ hustle. We stayed here in the family rooms at the beginning of our trip for a night and at the end for two nights. On-site, safe parking is available.

The hotel is great,location is also good,the man who helped us for parking was so kind. i dont like the receptionist who said to us that room would be ready at 13:00pm and when we arrived she said at 15:00pm,also she was so rude not knowing how to talk to people. anything else was good!

Amazing location. The room had all the essentials and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice and provided us a private parking spot. Very good breakfast.
