Very clean, nice & spacious room with an infrared cabin. Great breakfast & friendly staff.

The friendly reception, the amazing breakfast every morning. The dinners were truly gourmet the service exceptional. The room was comfortable, clean very quiet Internet was a 10 in every location. Fabulous shower.

Everything was good at the camping. We hired a mobile home.

The staff was helpful and kind specially Silvia. Overall I like staying there and I enjoy the time.

Our stay at the Hotel Bergland was absolutely delightful. The setting was ideal for a relaxing stay... peaceful, lovely views, and it offered everything we needed. The half board menu offerings were outstanding... Chef inspired and filling. Breakfast offered fresh fruit, two types of eggs, and hot meats, a variety of baked goods, and much more.. The entire staff was extremely kind and there for you as needed. Pertisau is a hidden gem, as is this hotel... We stayed for a week and I could have stayed for a month. I can't give this hotel a high enough rating... wonderful.

They were always ready to assist us with a smile, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference in our overall experience. Moreover, the tranquility and romance that permeated the hotel's ambiance were beyond our expectations. It was a delight to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse ourselves in such a serene and intimate environment. Friendly personnel. They have a safe spot for bikes. Big rooms. Very clean. Very nice balcony. Fair and good breakfast.

The rooms were very clean and spacious with lots of amenities including spa towels, spare rucksack and walking sticks for anyone hiking the local national park. It’s a very comfortable room and we had a double aspect and balcony which was lovely to admire the view of the mountains. The staff were exceptional in making our stay with them the best it could be. The food is exceptional and I highly encourage booking half board as you will not regret it. The breakfast is varied for all diets and the quality of ingredients is extremely good. If staying for dinner you will get a menu at breakfast for dinner with 4 choices of main dinner. The choice of buffet starter is delicious and then there is always a soup choice too. I absolutely loved the soups such as tomato consommé. Then the main dinners and desserts are excellent, I honestly cannot speak highly enough about how great the restaurant is, the creativity of the dishes, flavours and presentation are exceptional. Dishes such as the dessert of lingonberry pancakes with sour ice and local wild blueberries had us talking how delicious it was several times the next day! Then other thoughtful touches like a daily MorganPost newsletter giving weather predictions, hiking routes and things to do as well as offers from the spa were really appreciated. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel. The quality of everything from the amenities, the cleanliness, the staff and restaurant are excellent. We had to leave to get our flight before breakfast started and this came up just by chance in a conversation and we were immediately invited to the restaurant thirty minutes early so as not to miss out on breakfast before our journey. You would not get this from a big chain of hotels and shows just how much guests are valued at the Sonnerhof.
