From start to finish Martina made our stay a wonderful experience. From her recommendations to wineries and restaurants to the accommodations and breakfast in the morning, everything was perfect. We were there during the heat wave and she went out of her way to go out and purchase a big fan so we would be comfortable in the room. Just outstanding service! The staff was above and beyond, e.g., in helping charge our EV, in accommodating us at the spa. Everything was wonderful - the pool, the infrared sauna, the room with balcony and view, the food, the wine tasting. The location is excellent close to many amazing wineries and buschenschanken.
