a very beautiful house , really spacious, fantastic wellness area and perfectly located . perfect for families with high expectations or bigger groups . the next ski lift is 80 meters away and the views from all rooms are stunning .

Very nice apartment, fully equipped with quality furniture and kitchen equipment plus kitchen ware. Location is very good, about 50 meters from the slopes and about 100 meters from the ski lift. The view from the windows and the balcony is amazing, we could see the village and the mountains. Car park for two cars is also available!

The apartment is amazing. It is located about 50 m from the nearest ski slope. The view is awesome. The owner is really kind and accommodating, he prepared us a bundle of firewood so after skiing we could light up the fireplace and enjoy. The massage tub is just perfect. Next time we’ll definitely book for at least a week.

If you ever dream about getting away from the city noise, traffic, pollution, everyday chaos and rush, to a peaceful place, surrounded by nature and tranquillity, where you body and soul would thank you for every single second spent there, look no further - Mountain Fairytale has it all. Located at the end of the small road, in very quiet area…yet, it is close enough to the main attractions (if you ski, in winter time, you can reach the Kaiserburgbahn Talstation in 5 minutes. If you don't like skiing, 5 minutes to therme Römerbad, excellent place to relax and enjoy). Plenty of other attractions in a short ride away (e.g. Ossiachersee 30mins, Wörthersee 45mins, Villach 40minutes...) If you don't feel like going anywhere, magnificent view from the living room will take your breath away. House is well equipped, full kitchen, including dishwasher and coffee machine. There is no fence at the terrace, that gives you uninterrupted view, but you should be careful if you have a toddler around, falling off could be dangerous as it is very steep terrain.

The owners are very nice people who were always helpful with questions that came up. The house is very clean, the pool is well maintained as is everything around it. Beautiful nature nearby. Very nice place that is worth its money
