I was there with a friend, the hotel is clean and has an easy check-in process. The staff is very friendly. After we checked out I noticed that they booked 2 breakfasts, although we didn’t have breakfast. I contacted the hotel and they managed to return the extra charges in the next couple days.

The way the hotel cares about its guests is the best I have seen ever! I had a non-refundable reservation, but could not travel at the day of my reservation. Voco allowed me to transfer my reservation for a later date. The staff of the hotel helped me with a transfer to a ski resort and was very considering and supportive

I loved the romantic atmosphere of the hotel and the cozy single room. Everything was spotless clean and worked well. I had a very short stay, but I would really liked to stay longer. The personnel (Daniela) was very friendly, accommodated a last-minute change of date and waited for my late arrival, even if we had agreed on automatic key delivery. The location is very central and suited well my need for a short stopover near the train station

We booked this apartment on our way back from Italy. Express check-in late at night, everything that you need inside. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, excellent contact with the owner (online). I highly recommend it!
