Miles and the owners left little extras as part of the stay - groceries and fresh bread awaited us, which was so thoughtful for those arriving for a few days. The property was so comfortable and so well appointed - everything we needed was right there. It was across the road from a lovely cafe/bar/restaurant- and we had a $10 voucher provided as part of the stay too. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Loved our stay so so much. The room had everything we needed and more. Lynne even stocked the kitchen with vegan meals and snacks that were really yummy. It really inspired us to integrate more plant based ingredients and meals into our every day life. The best part was meeting all the animals and getting to hear their stories. Lynne was so kind and flexible with making time for us to meet and feed the animals. Lynne has created a truly beautiful place and we felt very fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay in this little oasis.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It was a wet and colder day and the heater had been turned on before we arrived. Was very relaxing location, though we were close to the house - it still felt very private. A separate entrance to our own bathroom for the stay. An added experience to learn about the kangaroos on the property and feed and get close to them. Breakfast was amazing .. I wish I could have fit it all in!

This weekend booking was a birthday treat for my brother and his wife, for my brother's birthday. They both had been working really hard & were stressed and exhausted - my brother regularly not sleeping well. They returned from their overnight stay at Hollyhock absolutely *glowing*, happy, and truly emanating *relaxation* from every pore! I haven't seen my brother so totally relaxed in ... since COVID began, really. (And he had slept exceptionally well, my sister-in-law smilingly told me.) They *loved* the wonderful breakfast provided and the light, airy, windowed "nook" in which they relaxedly partook of it, looking out onto the beautiful garden grounds. They will definitely come back - and we will come to Hollyhock too!
