Breakfast wasn’t included. It was easy enough to buy what we needed from the local Spar shop and as e had our own kitchen and garden, it was very nice having our breakfast outside in the shade.

We could not fault anything about this property. Everything was very clean. Spacious modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Great terrace at the back. Very comfortable bed. We had the standard breakfast on 2 nights, which was of good quality and beautifully presented.

The experience was wonderful. Run by super people, in a beautiful setting. Breakfast was also all with local products, including their own honey and jam. The service building was built to an excellent standard and very clean. There were fields to explore and animals to visit. This is a really lovely part of Flanders, and a terrific place to stay! The house is located outside Ghent in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood but very well connected via bus to either the city center or main train station after a 7 minute walk. The house is very clean and well mantained with a large and cosy room while the host is more than available to help. The breakfast is custom made based on what you select from a pre-defined list. Definitely worth a second visit :)
