Honestly much much much better than I could have ever imagined. The location is amazing and the place itself was super amazing. Even though it was windy and cold but the pool was great and water was warm. The room was super clean and above standards. Also, as a gift the owners made some really beautiful flower arrangements for our anniversary. Big thank you to Cielo Beach Resort for an excellent night. We will definitely come back again. Thanks.

He was extremely welcoming and displayed a high level of professionalism that immediately put us at ease. He efficiently handled our check-in process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience after a long day of travel. Throughout our stay, Ibrahim continued to impress us with his attentiveness and dedication to making our accommodation exceptional. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests, providing us with valuable information about the local area, including great restaurant recommendations and nearby attractions. It was evident that he was not merely doing his job but genuinely cared about ensuring that we had a memorable stay. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, Ibrahim was always readily available at the reception desk. His knowledge of the hotel's amenities and services was extensive, and he spared no effort in ensuring that we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the hotel. From arranging transportation to helping us with reservations, Ibrahim's friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel like valued guests. The Royal Phoenicia Hotel itself was a haven of luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay, contributing to the overall sense of relaxation and well-being. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive.

My friends and I stayed during the Formula 1 races. A few days before our arrival, we had to postpone the date of our stay and the hosts were very helpful and changed the date for us. It was a very friendly communication. The accommodation is in a quieter location, where there are more restaurants, refreshments, cafes, etc. We are satisfied with our friends and can recommend it.
