The staff were super helpful. They organised our tours and were also very insightful on Bolivia in general. The rooftop bar and beer elevator is a must for sunset. Incredible view. Will stay here again.

The persons in the reception were super friendly. Marcelo helped us to prepare some breakfast one day that we had to leave at 5 am, it was super cool gesture from him.

Excellent place to stay in Potosí. Breakfast in the morning was good, bathrooms were always clean, showers got hot, and the staff were all really amazing. They have coco tea available for guests in the evening which is a nice addition to help with the altitude sickness. The staff were honestly my favourite part :)
