When we arrived and were preparing to go to our room we were told that we had been upgraded. The cabin had two bedrooms but we only used one. It felt like home with everything one could need to cook. I like a big tea or coffee cup and we had them. The place was cozy, close to everything and even has a little trail that goes up to a waterfall. We stayed two nights and I would definitely stay there again.

I honestly felt like Al Swearengen from the show Deadwood, surveying the town from his wide deck atop the Gem Saloon. What a view and what a great spot to stay near Tablelands in Gros Morne. Having a local graveyard literally next door was cool too; I always enjoying soaking up a place's history by paying respect to those who lived there before.

Great breakfast Good shower and nice clean bathroom Important practical touches like boot dryers - if you’re going hiking and have to ford water, you’ll need them!

Everything was great. Location was good, less than 10min walk to the Norris Point Trail Head. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equiped we cooked our meals throughout our stay. And they provided firewood for us to start campfire.
