The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to me as well as my dog. Personal touch from check-in to check-out. The room was a good size and comfortable, good beds, modern bathroom and very clean. Breakfast is basic. but good quality. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the skilift, and in the centre of the town. We like the attention they had for children: for the cot, for changing and bathing. In the restaurant, the personnel was always very attentive to our baby's needs. There was also a dedicated playroom for children with lots of toys. The restaurants had a very good menu, offering local specialities. The pool/sauna area was big enough, warm, clean and modern.
