The location just few steps from the ski lift, and most importantly the staff, Joaquim went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant experience. The restaurant offers exquisite cuisine and an excellent rapport on quality and price for the half board. Totally recommended!

Friendly staff, whether it's the reception or restaurant at breakfast and dinner. They try to accommodate to our request as much as possible. Spa is new and enjoyable. Hotel guests need to book a time slot to use the spa; bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. The ski room is great: spacious, neat and with ventilation.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even though I accidentally booked just a single room instead of a double room, the staff was able to quickly find a solution by bringing in a second bed to the room and allowing us to stay two people in the room, no questions asked. Great service!

Beautiful located and having the restaurant was even better we loved the fondue. The family room was awesome for the kids having their own bed up in the den.
