This is a wonderful experience! I left my charger in the room when I checked out, and I found it a day later, but I was no longer in Beijing. But the hotel staff was very good. After I asked, they mailed my charger to the address I specified. I am very grateful to them. This is the best hotel service I have ever enjoyed in Beijing.

Me and my boyfriend were absolutely blown away by the Nuo hotel. The staff were so professional and the hotel was beautiful.
