The service was amazing. The receptionist went above and beyond in helping us book transportation, get to the hotel, etc. The room and amenities were great. Would highly recommend for a stay.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the entrance of the national park, within walking distance, and near restaurants. In front of the hotel, there is a McDonald’s and a small convenience store. I stayed during the cold season, and the room was very warm and cozy. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:30 AM. I was very impressed with the hotel’s front desk staff. One of the male staff members (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) could communicate well in English and provided excellent assistance and recommendations. If you need help arranging transportation, the hotel staff can assist you with that.

Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort is set in Jiuzhaigou, 6.2 mi from Jiafan Ancient City and 7.5 mi from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. The hotel also offers car hire.

A gorgeous hotel with very professional and friendly staff (special shout-out to the hotel manager)! Traveled here with friends for hiking in Jiuzhaigou, and all of us were so happy with our stay. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the serene views and supreme beds, everything exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel is not yet in a very bustling location -- it seems many nearby restaurants and shops are just in the process of opening, not actually open yet -- we did find a local restaurant nearby that proved to offer some of the best food we had in Sichuan.

Located near the Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve, InterContinental Resort Jiuzhai Paradise is about 35 minutes' drive from Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

We love the hotel and the facilities and the food. The staffs are great even though they don’t speak English very well, but they’re very helpful and nice. The Spa was amazing.
