The hotel is very nice and well-organized inside, and the room was spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful — one of the receptionists even offered to walk me to the airport when I asked for directions. It’s also very easy to reach the airport, just a 5-minute walk to Terminal 1.

Oh wow, what didn't I like??? This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff goes above and beyond at every oppurtunity, treating everyone like royalty. The location was great if you are interested in walking or cycling along the Bund. The museum close by was a great stop too. Longhua temple not far either. The rooms were comfy and decor was nice. Staff was excellent.
