Absolute best place to stay if you plan to visit the great wall! There is no words to properly describe how good the experience is, everything was beyond my expectations, and even more when you consider the standart in China Rooms are big and comfy, bathroom very clean with all you need (even the mirror fit a European size!), a very nice common room with couches and a table to meet all the guests But more than that, you have a lovely host that will be there to help you and arrange everything for you, always with a smile! Everything is smooth and easy, make sure you try the dinner with everyone before leaving and don't forget to pet these cats!

It was a great stay - room is tydy and comfy with good taste and well thought details. Big capacity water heater ensures a good hot shower, good quality shampoo and shower cream are provided, along with other essential utensils: tooth brushes and paste, shower slippers and room slippers, towels, intelligent toilet etc. Good equality beddings guarantee a good night of sleep. The owner couple are friendly and caring. Transportation can be arranged if you wan to visit JinShanLing greatwall. Last but not the least, the food is homy and yummy. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we will come back.

A great place to stay to visit the great wall and experience a peaceful Chinese village. The entrance to the great wall is just a short walk. This section of the great wall is so quiet that we have the whole place to ourselves. It is also not very restored so you get to see some of the original wall. They also cooked fresh food from their garden for us. I have been to Beijing twice and did all the major tourist spots. I have to say staying here and hiking the wall in peace is my best Beijing experience.
