Mrs.Lily is the core of this establishment if you don’t speak Chinese. She helped me with everything: transportation, tickets, maps, routs, organizing, answering messages, ordering food etc. Mr. Zhu Haizhi happened to be my driver for my entire stay - super polite, attentive, professional, punctual and ready to help. The room was exactly as on the pictures. Fresh fruits every day waiting on the table.

The location is great, it’s on a street with lots of shops, restaurants and stores, which is very convenient. The couple who owns the place, especially the wife, is very friendly and helpful. She explained the tour we booked really well and made sure we understood everything. Before our stay, she kept in touch and asked what time we’d arrive, giving us all the needed details. When we got there, she gave us a warm welcome. You can also see the cable cars passing above, which is a nice view. Overall, it’s a really good place to stay.

Best!!!! Staff, they are so kind. One of them can speak English, but other staff are try to communicate with translator. They have the tea room on the first floor and we can stay there, talk to them and other guests. It is so homey, like stay at home with my friend and family, we spend the night on the table tea haha. Other best thing is park ticket reservation. The staff has reservation service with no extra charge. So they will booking every ticket for you. And you don't have to do anything, just get yourself there. They will plan everything for you with the proper schedule for that season.

My stay at this property was incredible. I really cannot say enough about Isaac and his family. They were all very hospitable. Isaac was probably the best host I have ever had and I have been travelling the world. It all started from the train station where he picked me up. The hotel alone, is very clean and very modern. That room is large, and the bed was very comfortable! the pool area is very serene. It is in an amazing location facing tianman mountain and Heaven’s Gate. Great food, and they always had breakfast ready.  I did the national Park and Heaven’s Gate, Isaac was able to set both up for me, and he directed me on the best routes for both locations. Overall, my stay at heavens gate home stay hotel was amazing.

Thirty One is a charming hotel conveniently located within a 20-30 minute walk from the airport, as well as being close to the bus station and cable cars. The host, Steve, was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. He not only provided great service but also crafted coffee that resembled true works of art. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Steve's place; meeting him significantly enhanced my experience in Zhangjiajie.

Very close to the park entrance. Many restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Clean and comfy room. Great shower. Friendly staff. And the help I got to plan my stay in the area was super helpful!
