Amazing staff , which helped us to organize activities. Great location, right at the entrance to Beofeng lake - beautiful area, which could be seen in 2 hours including the boat ride. We did it in between other activities. Good breakfast. Free washer and dryer available on the top floor, which is very convenient.

The location is great, it’s on a street with lots of shops, restaurants and stores, which is very convenient. The couple who owns the place, especially the wife, is very friendly and helpful. She explained the tour we booked really well and made sure we understood everything. Before our stay, she kept in touch and asked what time we’d arrive, giving us all the needed details. When we got there, she gave us a warm welcome. You can also see the cable cars passing above, which is a nice view. Overall, it’s a really good place to stay.

Good value. Clean white comfortable bed, generally very clean room, but I was surprised to see some stray hair on a bathrom wall. Good hot shower. Nice design. Excellent location within 5 minutes walk to the entrance of the park. Above all, wonderful caring and hospitable owners. They met me well past midnight and spent time drawing out different park routes for the next 4 days. Fluent English-speaking person Carol was also very helpful with purchansing tickets, providing directions, and relaying messages to the staff. BUT be sure you know what types of tickets you want as I made a mistake ordering a certain route then incurring hefty cancellation fee to change the already expensive ticket. Carol helps, but don't expect her to go into details.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations. They also helped booking tickets. The room has an amazing view. Definitely worth it to get the mountain view room. The hotel is next to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which is very convenient. Only thing is that breakfast starts at 8. It’s a little late if you go to the park early morning

This hotel is truly exceptional! It’s conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the main entrance of the Avatar park. The lady at the reception was incredibly helpful, securing us tickets to the park at a price more affordable than those at the official gate—our passports served as our tickets, which was quite convenient. The breakfast, was made by the lady，very delicious more than sufficient to fuel our day. The rooms were spotless. Upon checking out, we were pleasantly surprised with gifts—a snack and a red envelope, adding a personal touch to our stay. The top-floor laundry room was an absolute lifesaver, especially after long hours of hiking, and the complimentary laundry soap was a thoughtful addition. The receptionist and her husband went above and beyond, allowing us to use the lobby bathroom for a shower even after we had checked out. I am thrilled that we selected this hotel over others due to its warm and friendly atmosphere. It has left me with very fond and lasting memories. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

This inn is like an old-school Zimmer. It is a family owned small hotel where the father cooks, the mother housekeeping and the son is the host / front desk. Our host was super communicative, gave us lifts to different places and provided airport pick ups. Each evening, he helped us to plan the next day, gave us maps, points, helpful tips and booked discount tickets for us, The food is amazing, The dinner is fine and authentic but breakfast was the star of the show, and they even packed us with some snacks for the road. The location is bit secluded: it is very quite with amazing view but you are required a taxi to go around. Overall, it was one of the best stays in mainland China we had and it is absolutely recommended. 11/10

Location is perfect , walk few minutes to the park entrance. The host and staff was very friendly and helpful with planning the route about the National Park.
