The attention to detail from the host towards the house was outstanding. The house is worth the visit just to stay in and enjoy the ambience. We found a way to lock ourselves out of the house with kids still inside and the host was able to send someone in a matter of minutes. We would have loved to stay longer and enjoy everything the house had to offer.

The stay itself was fantastic. The room was nice, we enjoyed the little pool, breakfast was good, and it was in a peaceful quiet spot. The host though, saved our trip on its first day. I was trying to turn around in the driveway and got our rental SUV stuck in the grass against a tree, right away he called up some neighbours to help push it out. After I was so stressed and he offered his beers to help us relax. What a great guy, and great introduction to tico hospitality.

We absolutely loved staying here! The family is wonderful. They were always ready to help and answer any questions. The night tour on the property was fun, the breakfast was delicious and it was overall very relaxing. This was the first property we stayed at on our Costa Rica trip, and we were so grateful that it was. After a month in Costa Rica, this was one of our highlights. It is a beautiful, well kept property. We loved the main eating area and cabins. The chocolate tour was wonderful! We enjoyed the area and walked the trails- lots of birds! Even the gift shop was good - with reasonable prices!
