Customer service was exceptional. I had a rocky start that was alleviated with humour and grace in the spirit of hospitality. As someone who has jumped from hotel to hotel, from Mexico to Portugal over the last 6 months -MML Blue Ray stand out as a top notch place - lovely staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Herman the boss and it is evident he has a happy group of staff - Carmen in food service, Marissa on the bar and a group of delightful human beings greeting customers at front office - highly recommended

We updated to the Junior Suite and couldn’t have been more happy. The pools were fantastic, the balcony views were relaxing, the guests weren’t party animals (adult), the staff were some of the nicest people ever at a hotel (very accommodating), the breakfast selection was superior and had so much to offer (one of the best I’ve experienced at a hotel), the saunas, steam room and indoor swimming pool were great options to have, the sport massages were strong and good quality for a hotel, and the services available were top notch. Access to Palma by bus is right outside the front entrance making it not necessary to have a car. Taxi’s were relatively inexpensive. Access to the sea was just outside your door . Safe places to swim in the sea. They have mini-golf, tennis and even diving lessons. The gym is big and is located right on the water. (Not an after thought gym). Free sun loungers and towels for use. Also private outdoor pool for just adults. We loved this resort and will return again.

I loved the pools, decks and gardens they were so relaxing and well kept. The room was large, comfortable and very clean with lovely views to both the gardens and the sea. The breakfast was also quite good with a lot of options.
