A lovely self-built wooden building, with some excellent self-built furniture. A shower so good I had to turn down the pressure; really comfortable large double bed. Lovely views outside the windows of the spacious and comfortable guests' common room. Great location for visiting Besalu, which is lovely, and the Garrotxa, an area of beautiful woods and dormant volcanic peaks. The restaurant literally over the road provided excellent food in a very friendly environment. Finally our hostess was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Location was amazing and the hosts were great. They gave us a tour of their property which has been in their family for over 700 years. It was so nice to relax in the countryside after the hustle and bustle of Barcelona.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful and they own a great property. The guesthouse is behind their own house and consists of two apartments. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We loved the pool!

The location is perfect, remote yet very close to Besalú and not far from Banyoles. Magnificent views of the mountains giving the place a unique calmness. It is an oasis of peace where you can connect with the nature that surrounds you. The hosts are very accomodating and friendly and the accomodation spotlessly clean.

A wonderful, well-renovated historical building with 8 comfy rooms enough for 20-22 people. Every room has air conditioning, heating and tv. Some rooms have private bathroom. Both gardens are big and cozy where you can put multiple tables also by the pool. The house is far from any other establishment so you'd be comfortable. The guy in charge was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.
