One of our favorite stops in Europe, this hotel's service was outstanding. The rooms are large and the furnishings beautiful. We felt as tho we had stepped into another era, surrounded by the antiquities. The restaurant kindly found us a meal, although they were closed for the rest of the evening. The area is very safe and would be good for kids. Near the city of Avila, Spain it is minutes from several interesting ancient sites.

The veranda has the most beautiful views. The house it was well equipped. it’s was slightly awkward to find but worth it, we loved the neighbouring animals ! The pool and surrounding gardens were lovely and well maintained.
