Nice large room, clean and comfortable. The host Gary and his wife were extraordinarily welcoming and friendly. Gary was very helpful with local directions and dinner reservations. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plenty filling. We were visiting our daughter and will definitely recommend this property friends and family who will be visiting her while she’s studying at the Royal Veterinary College in Hawkshead!

The apartment was modern and bright. The beds were very comfortable. The showers worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. It was spotless apart from two baking trays in the oven which had obviously just been overlooked when the cleaning had been done. There was on-site free parking. It was very quiet - we couldn't hear noises from adjoining apartments. It's a few minutes by car from the centre of Welwyn Garden City. It could probably be walked in 10 minutes. Communications with the owners were efficient - using Booking.com's messaging system. Would recommend.
