I knew the Newborough of 65 years ago. I came back to stay so I could visit the area and relatives. I enjoyed my stay at Robins Nest the accommodation was superior, and importantly, far cleaner than the local hotels we have stayed in over the last few years we will now continue with Airbnb stays.

Suzy the host offered a warm welcome as I approached Marmalade Barn from a narrow country lane, easy to find and giving good access to the outdoors. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully furnished. This is a massive step up for self contained accommodation. I had not booked breakfast, but there was cereal and toast along with snacks in the room. Within a short drive there was a local restaurant/bar where the food was exceptional. This is not budget accommodation but excellent value !
